Take GlimGlow through your real stitching sessions — the evening Aida, the travel bag, the quilt across your lap. If it is not the right fit for your routine, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund. We would rather you stitch with a light you love than keep one you don't.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 90 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. Include your order number and a sentence about why it wasn't the right fit — the feedback genuinely helps us.

Condition of returned items
We ask that returns arrive complete — the light, the USB-C cable, and the quick-start card — and free of damage beyond normal inspection and use. It is completely fine to have charged it, worn it, and stitched with it; that is what the guarantee is for.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow [MERCHANT: processing days] for us to process the refund after the package arrives; your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

What's not returnable
