What the warranty covers
The GlimGlow Stitch Light is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against verified manufacturing defects — flaws in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and remains in effect for the life of the product. Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required for every claim.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear from everyday use
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect function, such as surface marks or fading of the finish
- Accidental damage, including drops, spills, and submersion
- Loss or theft
- Misuse, or use other than as described in the quick-start card
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
How to file a claim
- Email [MERCHANT: support email] with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a few photos (or a short video) showing the defect.
- A real person will review your claim and reply with next steps. We may ask a follow-up question or two to confirm the defect.
What we'll do
If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will repair or replace your light at GlimGlow's discretion, at no charge to you. If the exact model or color is no longer available, we will offer the closest current equivalent.
Your statutory rights
This warranty gives you specific rights in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes the statutory rights available to you as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
